I have 2 lovely boys: Sami (5 ½ years old) and Moses (14 months old).
Sami is autistic and statemented. He's a very friendly little boy who’s eager to communicate with others. He loves reading and music (including Karaoke!) and enjoys school. He’s just started home-based music therapy sessions and we aim to begin ABA therapy as soon as I can find a suitable tutor.
Moses, not yet walking, is a little explorer, interested in everything, friendly and enjoys his food. He’s just started nursery and attends 2 days a week on Mondays and Tuesdays.
My wife, Yvonne, passed away very recently having lost the battle against cancer. Her parents, in particular, provide a lot of support and have a lovely bond with the boys. Our friends are wonderful too in doing whatever they can. Going forward the plan is for the grandparents to stay on Thursdays and Fridays and these could be the scheduled days off for our nanny. I’m undecided as to whether we need a live-in or live-out nanny and see advantages in both. In the event that I opt for live-in then overnight availability would be required for at least 4 nights.
I’m looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Kind, positive, fun and energetic person who enjoys playing, music, all sorts of creative activities
• Experience of autism – please note Sami’s main challenges are around communication
• Mature/relatively mature with considerable experience of childcare
• Able to prepare healthy, tasty children’s meals
• Experience of motherhood preferable but not essential
• CRB, has relevant qualifications and excellent references

We currently live in Waterloo but are about to move to a larger property in Kennington, near the Imperial War museum and 5mins walk from Sami’s school. Should we opt for a live-in nanny then a double room with en-suite bathroom and study will be provided.

We are fun loving young parents (29) and we have a little boy called Joey who was 2 in Feb. He is a very charming funny toddler with a cheeky smile. We ideally need someone with lots of energy. Hi - I am a 3rd Year Student Children's Nurse just coming to the end of my training. I am due to go on my last practice placement in June - end August where I will be working shifts and long days. Salary depends on work hours and terms, and we are flexible to offer the right salary for the right candidate. Our current nanny works 24 hours, six days a week, has 2 paid vacation weeks. However, we end up taking care of the child most nights, and we stay home several nights a week, during which the nanny can go out. Accommodations are a separate room and bathroom in the apartment. The entire apartment was recently renovated. My daughter is still at nursery right now, she came to live withj me in 12/2010 which was marvelous, but its hard work holding down a job and looking after a 4 year old girl. I have little local support as my family are 70 miles away.

Someone to pick up my daughter from after-school-club Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri
before 6pm, bring her home, give her a bath and her evening meal. Most nights I'll be home by before 8pm, occasionally, maybe once per week I'd like cover until 11pm. So this would be 2 hours per day 4 days per week and another 3 hours on a Thursday.

If you are willing to undertake cleaning/tidying as well this could be a 4pm-8pm Mon/Tue/Fri and 4-11pm on Thu.

The personal stuff:
Reliability and trust are very important to me. I'm flexible within reason and we can work around other commitments as long as I know in advance.
E has never heard course language and I'd rather it stayed that way.
Her mother lives in another country, so I'd prefer her baby sitter to be female just so she has more time with a person of her own gender.
Evelyn loves: drawing, painting, baking cupcakes and anything messy. She's not a tidy girl, so it would be better if you are and could show her. If you can speak Spanish or French that is a plus as I'd like her to learn another language.
I'm an atheist, I've never spoken to E about religion as as much as possible, I'd like to shield her from it. I don't mind if you are religious I'd just rather you didn't speak to her about it. I'm not a vegetarian, neither is E, so probably better if you weren't either.

I have one daughter who is aged nearly 5 months. I live with my partner, who is a self-employed plumber, in Horsham. I will be returning to full time work at the beginning of May, however, due to unforeseen circumstances the childcare arrangements I had set up have fallen through, hence the short notice.

Hello, my name is Vikki and I'm a devoted single parent to Zakary.

I gave up work to be a stay-at-home mum to give Zak a strong basis to homelife, from the offset. However, due to financial reasons I've decided to start looking for part-time work (or full-time...if that's all I can get).

Zakary currently attends a playgroup on Mondays and Fridays, and I'm hoping he'll go to Thames View nursery from September (the same month that Zak will turn 3).

As I don't have a job yet my childminding requirements are a little vague, as I can't request specific times. However, I do know I'll need a childminder in place for Zak come September (if not before...if I find a suitable childminder, job etc) so I'm making enquiries now....as I've never had to use one before, and not quite sure of the process.

I guess at this stage I need to ask if there's someone available who can offer taking/picking up children from school, offers snacks/lunch/dinner (as required) and lots of variety of activities. I'd also like Zak to be in the company of other children (around his own age, if possible).

I don't have a car at the moment so if someone could offer 'collection/drop off' as well that would be a huge help - although this might not be something that childminders are required to do. I'm very new to the world of 'childminding' so please bear with me! Also I'd like to know if you provide childminding during school holidays, or just during term time (which will help me decide on the type of work to look for).

We live just off Beechings Way in Gillingham, very close to Pump Lane, so ideally I'd like someone local to us (in walking distance, if I'm required to drop off and collect Zak).

Any advice and/or offers of childminding (including availability, costs etc) would be gratefully received.

I would like to find a lovely child minder in Barlby (Nr. Selby). My daughter goes to school at Barlby Primary School (in the village) and my son goes to Barlby House Day Nursery, although I am hoping to get a nursery place for him at the school as well. Ideally, I would like a child minder that would drop off at school and pick up both children and look after them until I get home from work around 6:00pm each evening.
