Education....
Children's education secondary school 2 years and Graduated educational qualification including first aid and child psychology completed from 1982 /1986 years.
Graduated Higher education from 1986/1989 from hotelier management leisure and catering.
Work history.....
From 1988 I have been working in my local kindergarten until 1990 when I give a birth to my son. 1992 I returned to work and I stayed there until 1998 when war started around here.
End of 1998 decide to move abroad because of the circumstances. I got a job in Cyprus in hotel. There I met my second husband who was in royal air force we get married and that is how I become an army wife. My son was 8 his was 10 that time. So there my nanny career started.
From 1999 I am started to look after 2 little girls Neil and Ivonne Pollocks girls. Emma was 2 years old Betham was 4. So with my two sons I had them around our house. I have been treating girls as our own family. Most time they stayed with us for nights and sometimes days because they parents were posted somewhere. I have been taking them to school shopping, to the beach, cooking for them , bathing, telling stories entertaining them everything really what moms does . We stayed 3 years in Cyprus and all the while through I have been looking after the girls then we were posted to Scotland.
From the end of 2002 in Scotland professional Greek family Kula and Kostas Kemkidis hired me to look after their 3 sons. Savas 6, Kristos 8,and Alexandros11. With all nursery duties and sometimes baby sitting over the nights. I have been taking care about them over 3 years. Then my husband retired from the forces and we moved abroad.
From 2006/2008 I have been working in luxury hotel splendid /budva as assistant manager. I have to leave this role for personal reasons. My husband get ill and I had to look after him. I lost him 2009th.
About myself....
My name is Elizabet Canak Grisdale. I am having educational qualification including first aid and child psychology. This diploma allows me to be a kindergarten teacher.
I am a Dual nationality Hungarian and Montenegrin but my English is native. Royal Air Force widow pensioner.
I have been working as a nanny over 15 years with children at any age. I am a mother with two sons, now at age of 21 and 25. Practical things you can learn but how to be a good mother and nanny cannot be learned at school .U have to have that natural instinct to feel and understand children. I had to be very organized always because being an army wife we were traveling a lot. Every 3 years in different country. II worked as a nanny .Taking care of my two sons and mainly about other army families children at any age. Even when parents were posted somewhere for longer their children stayed with us until parents are back. I am also a good cook and eat healthy. Very firm, kind, tidy and respectful. I always tried to teach young children what is right or wrong by using different games, because giving orders sometimes is not the best option and solution. I found that method very effective on long terms. We all have to be able to think with their heads because they cannot understand adult life and ways. So the best way to show them the differences is the way they can understand it. I am a perfectionist. I always give my best .never leave things on half. I am calm, never shout, never enter into discussions and very well controlled. Able to work under pressure, shrap eyed and hardly can miss any detail around me. I am never looking at the clock when I am working with children, because this kind a job is not working that way. This is not a supermarket.
I am very flexible. Live in position would be ideal for me because except friends I do not have close family in London. I am having my own house overseas but in uk I am sharing a flat with my friend. I am willing to run the household as it my own. Those things are normal and no need to be on what to do list and living with the family gives you more effective work. I am still healthy full of energy with good sense of humor. Still plenty love to give, this is the main reason I love to work as a nanny. Choosing me you can get all in one.
