About me
Hello mums and dads - my name is Lisa and I am 36 years old. I live in Little Thurrock, Grays with my partner of 17 years and our 2 wonderful children - Joshua is 8 years old and Olivia is 2. I am an Ofsted registered childminder (graded 'Good' at October 2012 inspection). I have insurance, CRB, Paediatric First Aid, EYFS training, Safeguarding Children and Food & Hygiene Level 2. We have a comfortable home with a wide variety of stimulating toys and books to aid the development of children as set out by the Early Years Foundation Stage. We also have a fairly spacious, enclosed garden which is well-equipped for outdoor play. I organise a variety of activities for children of all ages which include arts & crafts, music, baking, treasure hunts etc - we also celebrate festivals: make easter cards and christmas decorations. We regularly visit the local park which is a 5 minute walk from our home. I am also available to do drop-offs and collections from Little Thurrock Primary School in Grays. I am available Monday to Friday 6.30am to 7pm (term time and school holidays). I am willing to consider earlier starts and later finishes as well as weekend minding. I charge £4.00 per hour for part-time childcare. I charge £3.50 per hour for full-time childcare and I can provide snacks and home-cooked meals. I look forward to hearing from you.
